Cancellation Policy

Our non-refundable class policy is designed to ensure fairness and consistency in managing reservations. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed for a non-refundable class, the following terms apply: No Refunds: The registration fee for non-refundable classes is non-negotiable and non-refundable under any circumstances. No Transfers: Registrations for non-refundable classes are non-transferable. The booked seat is reserved exclusively for the registered participant. Attendance Obligation: Participants are obligated to attend the class on the scheduled date and time. Failure to attend the class will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of extenuating circumstances, requests for rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of Steve's Protective Services. Documentation supporting the exceptional circumstance may be required.
